FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

(1) How much space is needed for my inflatable?

We require 3ft wide access to deliver most inflatables. You will need to allow a minimum of 4ft at the front and rear of the inflatable and ideally 2ft either side.

(2) How do I pay?

We don't ask for a deposit in advance, you pay for your inflatable on delivery. Unfortunately working this way we are unable to accept cheques or credit cards, we can only accept payments in cash.

(3) When are your games and inflatables available to hire?

Our games and inflatables are available to hire 7 days a week, all year round, including bank holidays.

(4) What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your booking at anytime prior to delivery, with no cancellation charge.

(5) What if it rains?

Most of our castles come with a shower cover for use in light rain, however they are not safe to operate in heavy rain.

(6) How long do I get the equipment for?

We deliver and set up between 8am and 12pm. We will then return to take the equipment away between 5pm and 7pm where possible.
